30 bucks (as long as it does not get bid up) for a "The Pedler Co." in Hard Rubber and the Pedler Appliance is a steal!  That case is fantastic, too.  I'd pay 30 bucks just for the case.

I am funny that way though;  I would love the case, but I don't need another one of these clarinets, and can't separate a good horn from a good case, so I must pass.

That is super clean all things considered.  I dont think any of the other similar cases that have been accumulated through various other instruments comes even close to the condition of that one.  The horn, especially given its age, is IMHO is pretty tight as well.

IMHO Because if you look at one of the top down angled pictures there is a monster crack in it.  was probably dropped or some traumatic event or another and it broke the bell off.  later glued and taped.  At least that is what it looks like.

Absolutely. It is trashed.  You can buy the whole Bundy (in better shape) at this price.  The seller needs to just toss this bell.  It is virtually worthless.

The only way that bell would have any value whatsoever is if it were a very early stamped one - and even then, $10 at most. $45 shipped is more than I ever paid for complete Bundy clarinets I overhauled.
