to B12 or not to B12

good morning all,  among the flea market clarinets I was given, there is one without any logos.  with a little searching on the forum, and perhaps some wishful thinking, I am tentatively identifying it as a buffet b12.  it has no etched logo or stencil logo (even faint), it has silver rings, the serial number is 134666 with "made in Germany" inscribed above it.  the accompanying mouthpiece is labeled N4 France.  the buffet serial number list would put it as a 1973 manufacture which seems to fit based on the flea market provenance.  of course, the mouthpiece may not be original.  The pads were ratty and it was grossly dirty so I disassembled, bathed, oiled and reassembled it.  I was hesitant to invest in pads until I knew more about it.  are there particular characteristics that would more positively identify it as a buffet?  rather than post random photos or the instrument, would photos of specific parts be useful.  thank you for any assistance.
