I have wondered the same.  Surely anymore, most would have to be refurbished or hand made.

Will a key of A or G case work?

Similar query, I need a case for my standard Bb. The zip has gone on mine. Its only held closed by the velcro flap

I just noticed this, I have bought a few from amazon, reputable brands include protec, propac, and my favorite to protect my baby is gator.  Gator is the only one not zipper based so will likely last longer than any of us will. :-)

You can buy almost anything from the zipper guys, double Bb, Bb/A, I think I saw a triple in there somewhere too.  What I wanted for pure clarinet gigs was something big enough to hold music, then I realized I hate large cases and bought a larger tote bag that fits a music folder and a smaller (gator single) clarinet case.  That's my goto for now.

I admit I despise zipper cases because of the reduced longevity, but if a clarinet comes with one I know that at least I didn't pay very much for it and can substitute my preference and save the OEM case for when I sell it.  Course I'm too lazy to sell anything, that will happen after I'm gone. :-)

It's possible I'm a hoarder of musical instruments and need therapy or something.  Pretty sure I'm not the only one on this board like that though. :-)

I was able to solve my problem. I found a Swiss case for a Boehm Bb where the lower section and the bell were in line, but not attached. By leaving the bell attached I find that the clarinet fits nearly perfectly. As it turned out, the solution was in my closet the whole time.

Try searching for Soprano Sax gig bags online - there is a wide range of options ($-$$$$). I literally bought a $10 Soprano bag from TEMU, it has the bell cup at one end and straps to secure the body. It is weird to swab it after playing and then re-assemble for storage. We will see if it compresses the tenon corks from being assembled all the time?
