Been printing all sorts o things, mouthpieces for everything, testing dumb ideas, and coming up with some solutions for things I've been thinking about for a while.

I ran across JD woodwinds "Pay to print" Instruments and had to try it out!

So this is a Piccolo Ab?  The keys remind me of the Nuvo Clarineos I bought my grandkids.  I am not familiar with these particular ones, but your specimen here looks nice.  How many separate pieces must be printed and then assembled?  Are those stainless steel pins I see holding keywork in place?

There are fifteen printed parts including the body and two barrels. The pads are self adhesive neoprene and the pins are 2mm stainless rod. I need to pull the pins and clean them up a bit the cut ends are not very friendly. I think the ligature needs some asthetic changes or to be replaced by something else less chunky but it plays and is actually in tune, well mostly
