Hello all,
Ive had this particular clarinet for about 10 years now and haven't been able to find out any thing about it. It is Granadilla, and only has Labar super 20 on it. Has anyone heard of this brand before? I have looked through all of the stencil names that I could find, but haven't found anything.

Just wanting to hear the old girl play, I emailed Even Christopher, which is a well known player from here in New Orleans. I asked him if he would be interested in playing it. I also emailed a picture of it to Martin Freres in order to narrow down the manufacture date. The one on their site has flat cups while the ones posted here have spoon cups. I am assuming that the spoon cups are earlier than the flat style. This picture is the one from their site.

It just says B on it not Bb. I can run through the scales on it, but I'm not a player, I just appreciate the craftsmanship of old instruments. My favorite thing is the mouth piece. I love the fact that someone played it quite a bit, because their teeth wore a groove in it.

I have the same clarinet but in B. Pretty sure its rosewood.
