Anyone run into this device? It apparently allows players to have silent practice with their clarinet.

That's a new one on me too. Very expensive!
Actually, you can get a lot of practice in by just fingering the clarinet without blowing.
Or you can put a reed on that is cut down to be very hard. Then you can hear a windy noise as you blow.
