Dear Steve,
There used to be a website called Clarinetperfection.com but it is no longer online. However, there is something called the Internet Archive wayback machine, which is archive.org/web
This archive takes "snapshots" of websites and saves them.
Basically, you can put in the web address for a defunct website, and if you're lucky, it was preserved at this archive. You are shown a timeline, and logic tells me to pick the saved view that is the newest, which was October 2016, though the most current view of the E & S section was from April.
I've provided a link to the Evette Schaefer info page from that website. Unfortunately, most of the images were not preserved, but there are descriptions and serial number lists that you may find helpful. You're probably going to have to enlarge it to read it, it's pretty small on my ipad.
This is the link to the homepage archive of clarinet perfection

There is a little info about the B series, though not about playing/intonation as you are more interested in, but the production, as you said you'd also like to know about, so here it is. I'm not sure this is totally accurate, or if it's this person's opinion.
