How many keys on a "Standard" Oehler system clarinet?

Is there even a "standard" for this style?  Is it 20 keys?

I believe so, but then again I haven't had enough Oehlers in my possession to truly determine.

I don't know the answer.  It's confusing because the Germans seem to count pads rather than touchpieces.  When they say "22 klappen" it includes pads controlled by rings.
