Who made this Albert clarinet?

The name on it, "Drouelle, Paris" seems to be some kind of stencil. Does anyone more knowledgeable than I am have an idea who might have made it based on the keywork?

With these stencils, more often than not they're Thibouville; when in doubt; Thib it out

Oh I see, that does look a little later than I was thinking than on your post at the other location that I responded to.  I suppose I would lean toward the explanation that Drouelle might have been a manufacturer of some sort, but later just became a distributor.  That kind of thing is not unusual in a variety of industries.  Just like, tada, Alexandre, Paris (who apparently was a keyboard instrument manufacturer originally).  Nothing to do with Alexandre Selmer, seemingly!  Mystery solved...kind of.  I'll make a separate post about that as well.
