I have experience with the Nuvo Clarineo - a plastic C clarinet.
For like $100, it's a decent C clarinet. Unfortunately, the thumb rest is AWFUL and really detracts from it. Cut it off and you're in business.
I also do NOT like the Nuvo's key system. It's like a sort of modified Albert-esque system that is confusing, small, and unintuitive to use.
If you are are simply too cash-strapped to spend $250 for a Chinese plastic C, then I guess you can go with Nuvo Clarineo.
IDK about the other Nuvo products, but I suppose they are considered the "last option" for anybody even marginally serious about playing.
