Bb Clarinet Case for R13
« on: April 21, 2023, 11:55:58 AM »
I’m not satisfied with my case.  I’d like room for an extra barrel, my reed case, and odds and ends.  What cases that are on the market can you suggest?  I’m not trying to impress anyone with my case, but I’d like a good one, with good hardware and latches.

I don't see any latches on the Protec.

Protec cases are almost always zipper closure. I kinda prefer that sometimes over metal latches.

I love small, light, zippered cases too. But the OP wants latches. We shouldn't impose our personal preferences. A more appropriate suggestion would be something like this:

I like the spring loaded latches on my Bundy case. They will bite if one is careless.

I like Yamaha latches too.
