Revere clarinet
« on: June 22, 2023, 12:19:52 PM »
I haven't found a lot of info on this Revere clarinet w/ case I won at auction besides one listed on Reverb for about $250. I think it might be a French stencil - top and bottom are stamped "Made in France" but no serial numbers. Does anyone have more information? I'd love to see if it's worth refurbishing to play. Thanks so much!

Hm. Metal tenon cap on the bottom... 1940s-1950s... Made in France stamps... off the top of my head I'm going to call it a Malerne stencil. If you can post a picture of the actual Made in France stamp, that can help narrow things down as well.
