I was experiencing some joint pain and some symptoms of carpal tunnel from the clarinet work I\'ve started doing. The Votaw clarinet jig is pricey for what you get at $170+, but I can do a lot more without abusing my hands quite as much, and I have been more productive. Best of all, the hands feel much better. Your mileage may vary. I know a couple of pro techs who swear by the saxophone jig as well.
