Thank you Windsong for echoing back! A buyer in Taiwan posted a demo of BIGMouthPiece using various reeds:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NgHz-JfkmAo  The second half sounds quite good.

My husband just ordered me one of these and I'm so excited to try it. I actually just made an account so I could comment here! I am a total amateur/just for fun adult player. I own a cheap Bb clarinet I got used (which I really don't play much at all), a sturdy student contra alto clarinet (so impractical yet so fun!), an actually-nice Kessler low C bass clarinet (I wanted a bass clarinet since high school and finally just bought one because no one stopped me), and what has oddly turned out to be my favorite: a sturdy student alto clarinet that was given to me before I'd even heard of alto clarinets. I've ended up most comfortable on the alto, which I didn't see coming. It's just the right amount of clarinet for me and I like that it's pretty much in one long piece that I can't break. I like the range and because I wasn't afraid of it, since it was free, I installed a pickup port in the neck with the help of my friend who has a drill press and soldering iron. Now I can run it through my bass (guitar) pedalboard and make unhinged noises with it.

I was just lamenting that there aren't any cool "marbled" or different-looking mouthpieces to try for alto when I stumbled upon the Big Mouth and said oOOooOOooOoh. Sounds awesome and so looking forward to having one!

–– Update:  Rainy (above) received her BIGMouthPiece and wrote back:  "I wouldn't dream of going back to my Vandoren 5RV"

BIGMouthPiece has shown up in a YT video by Instrument Maniac (Luke Pickman) – Dark Sanctuary at  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2iPnCwHYNxE
You can see it on his Vito alto starting at minute 2.00

Here's what Luke wrote  –

"WOW you have really nailed it!! It feels like I'm playing a completely different instrument. The response and clarity across the entire range is a total game changer. I usually use a 2.5 strength reed and there was so much flexibility and openness I had to go up to 3 for a bit more control. Also very impressive projection & volume. It's refreshing to not feel suffocated by the stuffiness of the instrument when trying to move around and maintain tone. Alto clarinet could now be easily used in a louder jazz setting and actually compete with the other horns while maintaining that darker edge. Outstanding work on this, it fully revives the instrument and moves it away from being obsolete."

Well its been awhile since I posted .Got side tracked no time for Astor piece but posted a video on youtube of the bigmouth mouthpiece by Windy .Its a modern hip piece not perfect but gives you a good idea  of sound and projection .Probably been over a month since I picked up the alto ,I find it unforgiving unless you play every day, anyways lookup Woodwind Wizard on youtube or  Face book  for the demo

Thanks Gene, for telling the origin story, then demonstrating BIGMouthPiece on your B&H (Bundy stencil) alto –– at  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GL661cj_UQw

It sounds great, and I can sense your ease in playing it.

I just happened to come across windy on another platform (Instagram perhaps) which led me back into his website where I learned about the BIGMouthPiece.

Windy and I have now reconnected after too long of a hiatus.

I'm presently refurbishing an Alto that I bought a few years ago.  When that's done, I need to buy his newest invention.  Can hardly wait.

Here's a photo of my alto workholdin setup.
